@h_s_anderson have literally been scrolling my timeline waiting for your take on this.

Did he get 5 votes on the fire setting though, or no?

@Alahav I am so happy to see you back & hope you stay (@coreyrayburnyung boost so she will!). One of the things about this platform is that without an algorithm hashtags are much more important, so I’m adding #CivPro #SCOTUS here.
A new goal for the new school year: Get #CivPro and #Remedies scholars interested in #ScheduleA cases.

I understand and appreciate the traditional "go through the rules in case order" approach to #CivPro.

But I increasingly think it would be helpful to teach things like Rule 11 and the discovery rules before pleadings.

It's hard to explain Twiqbal if students don't have any concept of what discovery entails.

And it's hard to explain these Rule 41 cases if you haven't done Rule 11.

Currently brainstorming how I can work #BlueSphere into my fall #CivPro class.
This case may also be of interest to #CivPro and #Remedies enthusiasts. #LawFedi
