🍞 Miércoles de Ceniza. Empieza la Cuaresma.

Y hay algo poético en empezar con lo más básico: harina, agua, sal.

El chapati es pan plano indio. Sin levadura. Sin horno. Se amasa, se estira, se cocina en sartén caliente.

Cuando lo presionas con un paño, se infla como un globo. Magia con tres ingredientes.
