X Over ZeroApparently the assignment was: make a bronze plaque of the 19th c. Polish poet Juliusz Słowacki but done in a swanky 1970s-esque design style.
The plaque reads “Bogarodzico! Wolnego ludu śpiew zanieś przed Boga tron” which translates in English to “Mother of God! Carry the song of a free people before God’s throne.” Based on the looks of this plaque, we imagine the song goes heavy on the trombone and slap bass.
They just don't make 'em like this anymore. Bring back those 1970s fonts!
