It's one of the first memorable movies I saw after relocating to #SoCal

Stars #Railsbeck, #BarbaraHershey and #HalNeedham are stellar supporting actors.

It also features the world famous Coronado Hotel in many scenes.

Back then I thought it was located in FL based on its use in #SomeLikeItHot

I found out about a decade ago that it was actually located in #SanDiego near La Jolla

I noticed on a second viewing that the bloody beach scene gave me a sense of #DejaVu

I think it was filmed at the La Jolla Children's pool which was populated by dozens of seals when I beheld it for myself a couple decades ago on a 4th of July weekend when I was fortunate enough to stay at a beachside condo across the street from the park where they had the fireworks display about 20 km north of the Hotel

My little GG's first time in the ocean was at La Jolla Cove

Deeds not words. Megaforce is maybe one of the closest ways to envision G.I. Joe as a live action concept and this movie and A Real American Hero debuted in the same year. Also, I kind of unapologetically love Megaforce.
