My simple project, identify sources of mediaeval Cologne trading goods, has now evolved into a fairly large scale research project.

Everything started so well.

The first trading good I looked at was stoneware. Specifically the Bartmann Krug.

Right period, major production centres well with bicycle distance, most of the production centres even have a museum.

Thoughts while I was riding back home.
The #bycicle is a magnificent force multiplier. You stick it between your legs and suddenly you can travel faster, carry much more weight and much more efficiently than just walking. But it doesn't atrophy your legs; on the contrary, the more you ride, the more strength and stamina you gain, which helps you walk better and for longer.

This is kinda a post about #AI.

Bon cette après-midi je m'occupe enfin de jolly jumper (mon velo). Je lui en ais mis plein le guidon, sans bien l'entretenir. Donc direction l'association parce que là jai besoin dun atelier bien équipé.

Ca fait plus de 20 ans que je l'ai hein, c'est l'objet le plus vieux que je possède. J'ai traversé toutes les épreuves avec lui à mes côtés.

Alors oui, cest un objet, faut pas faire l'anthropomorphisme, mais franchement, si ta bien un objet qui me reflète, cest lui.

Il en a vu de toutes les couleurs, mais il tient encore l'asphalte.

Allez mon grand, je m'occupe de tes roues (d'origine !).

now I found on a new route, a coffee kiosk where there wasn't coffee... ☕🤪 and some interesting and lonely roundabouts where people don't usually go and cycling has been forgotten. 🧐🚴‍♂️🚲 I think I was seen as weird, but maybe I will spark curiosity in others.
