Local author's book on ADHD coming to Waterloo region school libraries
Amanda Amaral's book 'My Invisible Friend ADHD' aims to educate children on neurodiversity in an accessible and fun way. The book was released last month and will soon be in every elementary school library in the Waterloo Region District School Board. She spoke to CBC K-W's John Dalusong how her lived experiences informed the book.
