An diesem wunderbaren #Frühlingstag wurden endlich die #Bromptons ausgemottet für eine entspannte Runde nach #Boltenhagen .. nach Sonne tanken und Torte + Kaffee zur Belohnung ging es wieder zurück 🤗

Summer in Stockholm: After coming home from our bicycle tour to the north of Sweden, we rested a couple of days at home. Yesterday we spent an exciting day bicycling through the city, and were hanging at a quiet cafe in Hammarby Sjöstad sipping cappuccinos and eating cinnamon buns. I love Stockholm's quiet places off the beaten tourist tracks. Tonight we will leave town on a ferry to Gotland, Sweden's largest island; with the #Bromptons, of course.

On the way home from our Solstice Tour to Dalarna, Sweden. We boarded the train back to Stockholm in Smedjebacken. What a journey! We hardly saw any mid-summer weekend traffic on our route. Getting out into the country and later back was easy-peasy with our #Bromptons on the train. We overheard people talking about us as the "couple with the odd bikes". If they would only know about the odd pleasure we were having.
Here we go again! Our two #Bromptons fully packed and waiting. Both got new tires, Schwalbe Marathon Plus, and new chains and sprockets. Their riders have decided to sleep once more in their beds and will get up 5 am tomorrow morning. Destination is Dalarna, i.e. "the Valleys", in Sweden.
Doch noch etwas erlebt heute 😄 .. kurz was in Lübeck zu erledigen gehabt .. #Bromptons dabei .. und nachdem sich die Wolken an diesem verregneten Tag endlich gelichtet hatten noch eine schöne Abendrunde von Israelsdorf durch das wunderbare Naturschutzgebiet Schellbruch bis nach Gothmund und zurück gedreht .. etwas holprig und matschig die Strecke 😅 aber schööön 👍

Haben heute das schöne Aprilwetter schon spontan für einen kurzen Ausflug mit den #Bromptons genutzt .. quer durch die nähere Umgebung (auch wegen Rufbereitschaft 🚨) .. aber zu Hause ist es ja auch am schönsten, nech? 😀
