It was recently explained to me that when I try to express mild #friendship interest in someone, it comes across as being cold / disinterested, but when I try to express strong friendship interest in someone, it's usually misinterpreted as a crush / #romantic interest. 😭

Feels like everyone received some kind of #communication dial, but I only got an on/off switch.
