I’ve been pretty #sick twice in the last 12 days.
For a couple of those days I was #bedridden.
I got to thinking about it. I’m on new meds for my severe #arthritis…
I did a google search for my meds along with the term “side effects”.
It listed something like 10 side effects.
When I’ve been sick I’ve had something like 6 of them!
Another side effect is “ringing in the ears” - I have tinnitus, so if I have that, I’m not noticing any difference to the normal ringing.
Hmmmm.

SLSMy new #EmotionalSupportBunny is warm and sweet but also rebellious - we can't free roam him the way we did with Dalilah
This makes the days I have been #BedRidden from emotional exhaustion and #ChronicPain and fatigue feel so much worse
My #CPTSD makes these aspects of my physical health worse when I can't keep my family housed and safe and fed
I can't afford to risk getting hospitalized to push my body and mind beyond their limits because my #elderly mother relies on me daily

Personally, most of the time, I cannæ recall to eat, drink, take meds, wash, etc. without being prompted.
