Friends -

Office Depot has 3M auras for BOGO 40% off. Definitely not the best deal I've seen on them (I've gotten 20 CT for $16), but decent.

New video posted on The Panicked Diaries Channel!

Kind of a silly topic I suppose, but a lot of us bedridden/bedbound folks have plushies to keep us company.

I go over different collections, and which ones I think are the best!

Day 32 of me relearning how to walk! I stepped foot on the treadmill for the first time.

I also give some tips on how to incorporate this into your rehabilitation routine, if you are also relearning how to walk!

JUST TOOK MY FIRST STEPS WITHOUT ANY MOBILITY AIDS!!!!

I was able to step onto the treadmill tonight, for the first time in almost a year!

My quest to relearn how to walk is going slowly, but okay.

Curing my Nutcracker syndrome, was the key.

I am still flabbergasted as to why so many doctors missed it (including a lot of top surgeons for Nutcracker syndrome).

They all told me that Nutcracker syndrome does not cause leg symptoms. 🙃

I did a quick product review of some facial cleansing pads that I had purchased by Desert Essence.

Trying to maintain personal hygiene while bedridden w/o in-person support, is a challenge.

Facial wipes help to keep part of my body clean.

Product Review: Desert Essence Facial Cleansing Pads

YouTube

Just slept for 16 hours, after making a short recipe video yesterday 😭

I think it's from the Cymbalta that I take for my pain. But it works well, so I don't want to get rid of it. It sucks.

I was hoping the fatigue would go away after I treated the Nutcracker syndrome, but I am afraid that it is tied to these medications.

The recipe was for almond and tapioca flour oatmeal raisin cookies. They came out delicious! I've already consumed half of them lol

And also putting on mascara, lip gloss, and a tinted face lotion.

Still have a very looooonnnnngggggg ways to go until I'm a normal functioning human being. If it's even possible to get back there.

But very excited about my small expanding capabilities!

Even if this video is not your thing, please give it a share on social media :). I'm looking to grow my YouTube channel!
