While one of the first #Minetest servers I joined is having a bout of repeated griefing, I have been spending time in the #Archtec server instead.

I really liked the Create mod (Minecraft) for the brief time I got to experience it, so Archtec's choice of mods/plugins to run is just *chefs kiss*

I think @Niklp and Juri did a really good job on the world, its environment and I just love all the biomes they brought to the table.
Attached: 1 image @[email protected] I ended up settling down quite happily on Archtec! Don't think it has any furry content as such, but seems to be stable with a good group of people on it. Has a webmap and matrix integration too, which is quite nice. Started working on some raised hexagonal farm plots and quite happy with how they're coming out.

#Archtec is packed with mods like TechAge, Mesecons, Digilines, Xdecor, Street Signs, etc. It's by @Niklp. They also have this modpack on https://github.com/archtec-io.
@doctorwhom Similar but not a clone? That's a hard ask.
Do you think it can be helped by first announcing the #gameplay elements that interest you? Meanwhile, proceed with the thought that these games introduce their own sense of community: contributors, players, viewers. They don't necessarily need all that #Minecraft has to offer. So, here you have it: disassemble every game, find the low-level concepts that you enjoy and find them a way into the #sandbox that you're playing now.
#Minetest reveals itself better with this in mind and most things in #ContentDB are pluggable mods anyway. If you're digging #Factorio style, I suggest looking for inspiration with Minetest games like #NodeCore and mods like #Mesecons, #TechAge, #Digilines. If it's something else, play around with mods on ContentDB by opening "Content" tab in Minetest launcher. Wanna have fun and sense of wonder straight away, while being able to invite your friends or meet new people? Look up servers similar to #Archtec.

Tech Age is a primary mod for automation, then there Signs Bot.
Or you could always try it different and land on #AES minigames, #Archtec server or singleplayer with #Mesecons. It healed my longing for #Minecraft.
