Hallo #Luanti -/ #Minetest -Community, ich habe ein Problem mit dem Verstecken von #Digilines und #Mesecons. Während ich seitliche Anschlüsse an Monitor und #StickyPiston durch eine Vorbauwand verstecken kann, bekomme ich ein Keyboard nur liegend und mit seitlichem Anschluss hin, diese Digilines ist beim Blick von der Seite sichtbar. Wie kann ich das besser machen? Gibt es etwas Spezielles bei #Blockalot zu beachten?

Do you think it can be helped by first announcing the #gameplay elements that interest you? Meanwhile, proceed with the thought that these games introduce their own sense of community: contributors, players, viewers. They don't necessarily need all that #Minecraft has to offer. So, here you have it: disassemble every game, find the low-level concepts that you enjoy and find them a way into the #sandbox that you're playing now.

#Minetest reveals itself better with this in mind and most things in #ContentDB are pluggable mods anyway. If you're digging #Factorio style, I suggest looking for inspiration with Minetest games like #NodeCore and mods like #Mesecons, #TechAge, #Digilines. If it's something else, play around with mods on ContentDB by opening "Content" tab in Minetest launcher. Wanna have fun and sense of wonder straight away, while being able to invite your friends or meet new people? Look up servers similar to #Archtec.

@minetestbildung Vielen Dank! Mein erster Fehler war, dass ich isolierte #Mesecon-Leitungen mit den notwendigen #Digilines verwechselt habe.

Ich habe allerdings Positionierungsrobleme:
Der #CRT-Monitor wird mit der langen Seite noch oben aufgestellt und dreht mit dem #Schraubenzieher auch nur um diese Achse. Ein Block Erde dahinter hilft nicht immer.
Die #Tastatur lässt sich nur mit viel Mühe in Blickrichtung drehen u. hat dann keine durchgehende Digiline.
