The data documents the linguistic structures of animal-directed speech (ADS)---specifically attractant commands (Lockrufe) and scaring calls (Scheuchrufe)---across 12 domestic animal domains distributed throughout 302 historical municipalities in Bavaria (Germany) and Upper Austria. It serves as an open-access repository resource under a CC BY 4.0 license designed to support computational folk-culture research, dialectology, and inter-species interaction mapping.
