Seb ∞I just successfully finished installing and setting up from scratch: #omv7, #nextcloud, #audiobookshelf and the #arrs. It took me about a month of trial and error. This was my first dive into anything like this and I'm feeling pretty snazy about it. Shout out to the helpful people over at #servarr discord!
@thechrisdantes mine's an old PC that I've salvaged. Got rid of #windows10 since its eol is coming up and slapped #openmediavault on it. So far I've successfully gotten #nextcloud and #audiobookshelf to work. Still working on my #arrs.

Take the link below for example. #patients with #sciatica want to see #physiotherapists quickly, to get a #personalised approach to #management. Perfectly ties in with the aim of the #firstcontact #physio role in #primarycare. This is why there should be more of us!
Very interesting to see that our own #perceptions as #physiotherapists in practice are that we need to move to more #holistic #healthcare and that this is the future! I strongly echo this sentiment and feel we should do more in our #roles to accomplish this. #FirstContactPractitioner roles are a great gateway into this and the importance of #ARRS#AARS roles, #SocialPrescribing and #EveryContactCounts can't be underestimated!
Coo-opsDay 4: Despite my production #kubernetes cluster being effectively broken my dev cluster is working just fine. I've got #gitea #arrs and #jellyfin running. System is a desktop PC with a 5600g and 128gb RAM.
