Individual experiences (initially) pain in the rhombus (left). There is a knot in it that doesn't want to resolve, even with heat. Individual experiences some pain, but no real limitation of movement.
Latissimus dorsi issues develop later, causing very acute pain in upper arm (both triceps and biceps - not deltoid) with lateral raising of arm causing pain at between 105 degrees and 170 degrees. No problem with rear motion; a little with forward motion.
With all that - what should individual do to avoid a) frozen shoulder and b) tendonitis?
