It's annoying the lengths I have to go to avoid smokers at a hospital. (Many, but not all, are hospital staff.)
People should know better, especially those who work in the field of medicine.
They don't understand that it's a huge accessibility issue for those of us with Mast Cell Disease and also Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency. (And for others, like COPD, asthma, etc.)
Just got my 5th vax shot (4th booster). It's the updated one.
I'm so fortunate my HaT + MCAS doesn't get in the way. My IgA, IgM, and Alpha-1 Antitrypsin deficiencies mean I need all the help I can get.

I'm often stuck inside, but when I venture out, I'm masked & distanced — even before COVID.
I've got lots of issues:
#HaT (#HeriditaryAlphaTryptasemia),
#MCAS (#MastCellDisease),
#AATD (#Alpha1AntiTryptsinDeficiency),
#IgA (none) & #IgM (low) deficiencies,
#migraine,
and had #cancer (#ColonCancer, stage IV)
I have #hypermobility problems (likely #EDS #hEDS), and #POTS (#tachycardia).
I probably also have: #autism & #ADHD
And perhaps: #AnkylosingSpondylitis
