@obrhoff Yes totally agree. The barrier to entry is quite low currently. However no sure raising the annual fee to $1,000 would make a huge difference.

在路上和家属聊起来小帕因为“反婚育”发言被禁言的事情，家属说为什么不婚育的女性会分化自己和婚育女性呢，我说因为现在给我们的印象就是只要婚育就会失去职场发展失去身体的掌控并且母职惩罚让渡自我，如果社会福利可以做到让已婚已育女性可以不因为成为母亲而牺牲自己职业/经济独立/自我发展，还有托育体系的相对完善化，内部的冲突会下降的吧。像我身边接触到的本地家庭都觉得grow a family是很自然的人生道路 （此处强调个人经历并不代表全体），并没有在挣扎这是一种艰难的选择。
而我们看到的分化/提纯，女性主义内部出现了”觉醒“和”被父权规划“，谁是真正清醒的谁又是压迫而不自知的，这和宗教政治运动也没有啥区别啊
女性的人生被迫在互斥的路径中做选择，大概也没有人确定什么样的人生是永远正确的，尖锐的评价下是选择的巨大成本并且难以撤回

I just watched #Predator #Badlands

It's OK, and entertaining, animation is a bit clunky at the beginning (tree jumping scenes with the alien rhino hunt) but in general it has delivered.

The only essential thing that troubled me was that the Predator was way too humanly too me and way to little "alien" for my taste.

But hell, we're talking about handicapped Predator with a story for the current generation that want to protect the weak even if this is god damn Predator who was just bad lucked to be born smaller

#GenZ and #Millennial thinking about the world is so heavily tested when Danish will be fighting American troops over Greenland soon and Russia traditionally doesn't give a fuck about the weak as proof point that strength is continually a top global valour when world domination is contested...

In such political and social context latest Predator is just a freak toy from Mattel to push a button to see how Predators cry... instead of a real thing.

I never understood the meaning of this hashtag/saying, until I finally saw it in a post which also said "We're over the hump!"

Strange how some things we just accept as normal things and use them, without giving it a second though.

I've started to challenge and review new things I hear now, and feel way better about my absorption of new things!
