Work on the #demo is progressing. The #boss in the cabin has gotten few attacks of its own.
But defeating it will require research - learning special spells and a ritual.

First #screenshotsaturday of the year!
A significant redesign of boss fights happened over December and soon the results will be visible in the #demo. Bosses won't be just bullet (spell?) sponges, but will require thorough research as well as learning of specific spells and rituals in order to be dealt with.

I made a promise to myself to post something on screenshot Saturday every week. But sometimes, when you chase an crash, or some other bug for 5 days, you really scrape the bottom of the barrell to post anything.
It's #screenshotsaturday again! How time flies 😄 So here's an update on the #cabininthewoods.
The cabin is getting more details and more character. Slowly it will start to tell it's own story.
And soon it will be populated with puzzles, a quest... and something else...

A small update on the current state of the demo I'm working on.
It will have 3 maps. One a fairly big forest map containing the main quest. And two smaller ones part of a discoverable side quest.
This is current state of one of these smaller maps, the cabin in the woods.

I am and #indie #gamedeveloper from #Amsterdam. Currently working on a supernatural-mystery themed 2D isometric RPG titled Elemental Enigma.
I worked on and released many other games in the past, but this is the first time doing this fully independently. Exciting! (and terrifying... 😅)
