@[email protected] I believe Apple should have the right to control its own ecosystem. But thats why federation and decentralization is important – so that monopolistic attemts at gatekeeping by entities like Apple are prevented. I hate hate speech but I hate concentration of power more.

Thats what happens when people cancel those with different views than them, they become ignorant. We dont erase the problem by closing our eyes. I see the BSP works differently than the #FederalReserve. Like the BSP can fight inflation by directly removing money from circulation by issuing securities. The Fed can only control interest rate(?).

@scottcbusiness I think in general, concentration of ANYTHING is bad. I also think that if you respect #selfownership & #property and consider #authority(right to be obeyed) laughable, that concentration of wealth and power is impossible. Obviously Im a "crazy" #libertarian.
@qkslvrwolf The tooter would be notified that you faved their toot, and the toot would be saved in your faves tab, but no algorithm that will show your toot more to more people for being faved more. Thats what I know, maybe Im wrong.
@Bradley_JF I almost tried #Husky but when I first looked at it in #Fdroid I saw that the last update was in 2020. Though when I looked again last night, I saw they updated it. But #Tusky's Local & Federated are working fine now so Ill just stay here.
