Had to use the big wide, squat coffe mug this morning because all my favorites are in the dishwasher. Sigh. Now I face finishing off the lukewarm last quarter of a cup, or getting up to warm it in the microwave. Screws up courage and swallows the swill. #coffee #Monday #FirstWorldProblems

Author Brianna WestIt's funny that writing one book or story isn't considered that big of a deal anymore. Personally, whether you have 1 or 55 titles to your name, I think you're a rockstar. Own it. Enjoy it. Don't let anyone take away your pride in it.

Mastodon has a very big surge of new users right now. There's no way to tell if it will be sustained, but at this early point it looks similar to Nov 18 when Musk pulled the employee purge.
It is very challenging for system administration to accommodate so many new users. If your server starts to struggle, it is not broken and will get sorted out.
