Christmas - In Excelsior Dayglo
Was having a discussion on here a couple days ago about Volcano Suns, which made me think of one of my other favorite Boston bands from 85, 86. I have lots of thoughts about this regional era of US indie rock, but suffice to say every time I listen to this record I reminded how I played the hell out it & exactly why.A terrific record.

[2/3 7 PM] (1/2) Mt Washington summit @MWObs is currently reporting a wind chill of -105°F. The winds were brutal today, often gusting over 100mph. A reason is due to the summit being above the tropopause, which means that it was not spared from violent stratospheric winds. #nhwx
