@BarbaraJHancock Same exact story. Well, I’m not diabetic. I have RADS, reactive airways dysfunction syndrome, and getting even a minor cold is a nightmare. I still mask up and in most healthcare places in my town, people are masked. So why not the eye doctor? Not a single mask

As a #selfemployed person who is also a #writer I have this thing where I freak out when I don’t have work, but as soon as I have a project, I want to hurry up and finish it as fast as possible (maintaining excellent quality, of course) so I can get back to work as an #author. But then as soon as I finish the project, I’m freaking out again to start the hustle because omg I need to make money. It’s a bit whiplashy! It’s like I need to clear my plate to be able to do any #writing on the #wip. 🤷🏽‍♀️😩

It’s really powerful for students when the role model at the front of the classroom takes responsibility & shows imperfection. If you have friends with autoimmune issues, something that takes 5 minutes and is free in a lot of places can make all the difference to them.
