Of America’s four major professional sports, baseball is uniquely vulnerable to climate change in that it is typically played outside, often during the day, for a long, unrelenting #summerseason: six games a week per team, from March to October, which incidentally is when the Northern Hemisphere gets steamy and unpredictable, more so every year.

Three fires down here, mostly just waiting on rain. The last rain being in September, and this the worst local drought in some 130 years.
