Monkman died about two years ago, and I assume he’s now floating thru space, fighting a musical space war with an army of musical space monkeys.

This ridiculously self-indulgent #synth #prog lobotomy would make ANY mundane task seem epic.

Imagine staring into your fridge, trying to decide which flavor Gatorade to have while “The Endurance Of Man” played.

You’ll never choose Gatorade the same again.

The second Visage album; named after a famous 70s and 80s gay nightclub in NYC, and very underrated.
The record, not the gay nightclub.

This was Midge Ure’s last record with Visage. John McGeoch is already gone, having left for Siouxsie Snd The Banshees, but Barry Adamson is back with the band here as a session musician. His contributions play a pivotal role in how good this record is.

It’s nowhere near as good on whole as the first self-titled album, but it’s got my favorite Visage song PERIOD on it in “Again We Love”. How that wasn’t released as a single I don’t understand.
And Midge Ure agrees.
