Firms stick to four-day week after trial ends
"staff are doing 2% more in four days than they used to do in five. The team is happier. Absenteeism has shrunk by two-thirds and applications to work are flooding in."

Those results reflect the overall findings of the report: that staff were much less inclined to call in sick, and more inclined to stay with their employer, reducing recruitment costs and making it more worthwhile training staff.

Nachdem ich fast drei Monate und bis zum Umzug auf social.heise den Mastodon-Account von @heiseonline (auf mastodon.social) befüllt und dort über 1600 Beiträge abgesetzt habe, wird der ja inzwischen weitgehend automatisch betrieben. Hello! Long time no see!

And welcome to the new users, of which there are... quite many, aren't there?

As you may have noticed, this project has been on a bit of a hiatus for a while. This is something I work on in my free time, and I got a bit burned out on working on it, and wanted to use my free time for other stuff. But with this recent influx of so many new users, I figured I do need to come back to this.

So I am planning to at least release some smaller updates in the near future!

Nach nur 6 Monaten Bauzeit sind in Deutschland 34 #Windparks und Einzelanlagen mit über 700 #Windenergieanlagen mit insg. über 3 GW Leistung pünktlich vor dem Winter ans Netz gegangen. Zuvor wurde das #Antragsverfahren vereinfacht und alle wartenden Anträge rasch abgearbeitet.
