Cooked these little beauties for a birthday. They were a hit and went really quick! Also made some doughnuts, but half the batch succumbed to oil temperature to high, but tasty none the less! May not be in a kitchen everyday now but the skills gained from the job and experience were well worth it!

COVID....brought the need to innovate across all areas. I admire PTP who grew substantially through the pandemic. Offering a more diverse range of fitness products! Their band systems are incredible. Not endorsed by PTP, their products just helped keep me sane through the tough times!

FINALLY GOT TO 130kg Deadlift and superset with overhead weight plate lunges. Incredible weight to lift when I only weigh 68kg woop woop!

No time and can't be bothered! So used the kitchen kit to my advantage. Sous-vide Italian style marinated chicken thigh and honey carrots pre blanched (par-boiled). Then the Thermomix handling the rice. Delightful and saved so much time...
