BrianKrebsI have two longtime friends who keep sending me AI-generated slop images and videos even though I've expressively shared my overall negative feelings about where this technology is leading us. It's weird because while both of these people are my age, they suddenly seem much older to me. Like when a distant relative finds you on social media and starts posting unflattering photos of you as a teenager.

@deborahh @CorinnaBaldauf A natural gap in knowledge, filled with more organic solves that fit better in each individuals behavioral/aptitude maps, has functioned well for millenia in evolving our species.
It's the more artificial, non-linear datasets, forced upon students - especially with cell phone addiction - that becomes systematically deleterious, and unsustainable.
This makes guidance counselors even more crucial, in mapping behavior.
