I should also note that Iranian oil tankers have been passing through the former US blockade - Aljazeera report three passages earlier today. I don't know if they came from Kharg Island, not that it's particularly relevant - what's relevant is that they do not have to have conventional (private) shipping insurance, which earlier estimates indicated would take some time to spin back up.
