Looks like the richer nations are doing zip to cut climate pollution and cool the world. Even most of my IRL activist friends eat meat and dairy, fly regularly, and in general choose brief pleasure options over a habitable planet. At the end of every year, I write a thread on social media about upcoming anniversaries in the next year. The goal is just to entertain people and maybe learn something new along the way.

Of course, there are MANY, many such anniversaries - I only mention a handful that I find interesting, mostly related to #tech.
