Please boost this! I know on Mastodon we are preaching to the converted, talking amongst ourselves, etc. But perhaps we still need reminding to support those politicians in a position to get Net Zero done. Whatever the failings of Labour in UK (I know many on here are sceptical of Burnham), they're in power for now and need support for green agenda.

@urlyman I often get this when I suggest we should all fly less (or not at all). People say the government should act, while refusing to change their own lives, and think that using air con will solve all issues. Government needs to see people are willing to change before they'll do anything, and they need to be pressured from all sides. It's worked in the past, so I try not to despair!
