I made a friend at the zoo in january. It is a red-tailed black cockatoo, the enclosure is huge with a variety of Australian birds and mammals, some of which had babies, so the enclosure had been closed half the day to give them peace, but opened again in the afternoon. This guy was very sweet and social, but it was pretty funny looking at the 'give the animals space' signs and TRYING to do that yet being followed by a very persistent parrot. My partner took the picture
