I'm working on a drunk avatar for a friend, this is how it goes  
I'll try to explain the joke:
The blood pressure machine it's there because "tomar" in Spanish is the same verb for take and drink, so "take the blood pressure" = tomar la presión, and "drink alcohol" = tomar alcohol.
My friend took(drink) everything, even the blood pressure (and the water from a flowerpot too).
