I wanna see if I could make more of this stuff weekly. It only actually takes me about 2 hours to do 80% of the work, but that perfectionism makes it last 2 days.
Anyways, not too proud of this one, but it's something. I'll probably come back to this scene later to see if I can redo it in the same amount of time.

@esdin Hey, UNT Student here, I just took a class on the basics of computers and how they work. It's a foundational class for university students here (meaning you can't graduate without at least taking one of these)
I've noticed people being very decisive about them though, your either extremely tech literate to the point where it bores you, or you can't understand a single word they are saying.
Just to clarify this is the most basic of basic classes, like what a CPU is, or how hard Drives stores bits of data. It's nothing really advanced.

GAME DESIGN DOCUMENTS SHOULDNT BE PAINFUL!!!
I've heard a lot of disagreements about what format, information, or people should be involved in writing a GDD. Since I started writing them again I felt like I should say my piece on this conversation.
There doesn't need to be a formal layout!!!
All game design teams have different strengths, weaknesses, capabilities, and priorities. Internal GDDs should be written to serve the developers instead of following traditional document layouts.
All games are unique, so your GDD should reflect that.
Although a bare minimum should also be conveyed, if you want a handy checklist and tips, I use this pdf as a pseudo-checklist.
