Just working on PDFs and law practice with my students and so finding this comment PDF created by the American Bar Association is timely.

First is the "comment by f***ing a**hole" bookmark. But neither it nor the other bookmarks (included some deeply nested ones) seem to be correct; they don't seem to relate to the content they link to. I think they may be importing new PDFs to overwrite old content but not recreating the manual bookmarks.
