1. The Constititon is the supreme law in the USA.

2. The Supreme Court is in charge of interpreting the Constitution and telling other branches what they must do to remain in compliance with it.

3. The Supreme Court decided Trump was out of compliance with it & must bring Garcia back & give him due process.

4. Trump indicated that he refused to do that.

This isn't a political issue up for debate. This involves the most sacred rights & responsibilities listed in our Constitution.
