The baby wrens by our back door just left the nest! So PRECIOUS. I was able to watch both parents call to them from the deck rails and one by one they plopped down and then went into the bushes. 🤎 #birds #nature #mybackyard #BirdWatching

I'm doing my best to make the world a better place in the ways I have some impact, but all the latest problems of the world coming at me all the time (through my phone) was causing some mental health problems (depression/anxiety) , so i started to spend a LOT more time offline.

#Introduction #Astrodon I’m an astronomer at a regional university with an outreach program. When I have time for research, it’s archaeology of dead stars (supernovae).
