And this is a grass bug, genus Stenodema (🇩🇪 Grasweichwanzen).

It was appropriately flitting from stem to stem in the grass, so I only managed to get this one picture with my phone.

Not enough to distinguish between S. laevigata & S. calcarata, I suspect.

Will try again another time.

I watched the film Nuremberg today. This should be required watching for United States school students if we weren't busy banning books by Toni Morrison and William Shakespeare.
I got my scale to work. I regret it.
