In der aktuellen gesellschaftlichen Stimmung wird beständig von einzelnen Zielen gesprochen, die alles entscheiden. Aber wie kann das funktionieren, wenn der Fokus nur auf einem Punkt liegt und das Drumherum überhaupt nicht beachtet wird?

Strategische Planung ist Grundlage für Erfolg, sollte jedoch niemals zu eng sein. Die Freiheit zur Einbindung von sich ergebenden Potentialen in die Pläne ist der Schlüssel für den großen Erfolg.
Dies vermisse ich aktuell in der westlichen Politik, die durch starke, aber per se einengende Worte geprägt ist. Um so mehr muss jeder einzelne Bürger seine Pläne anpassen, ohne Werte aufzugeben.

Strategic planning is the basis for success, but should never be too narrow. The freedom to incorporate emerging potential into plans is the key to great success.
I currently miss this in Western politics, which is characterized by strong but inherently restrictive words. This makes it all the more important for each individual citizen to adapt their plans without abandoning their values.
