... stop breathing to brace
... stop mid-sentence to mask
... scream or cry & double over 'cos #ChronicPain hit 9/10
... can't get eyes to focus
... lose my balance
... keep legs up to prevent swelling
... use heat-packs constantly
... lie down for a bit

#Writing, #LanguageLearning, designing, #sewing, videoing, #art, & communicating all need fog-free brain and low-ish pain levels.

That’s probably why I’m doing a lot more #knitting, #crochet, #spinning, #weaving, & #sketching* these days. #ChronicIllness is unpredictable.

#Freelance #editing and #translation would fit in the second category, but my normal clients have no projects right now. Open to new clients!
