I am all about off grid life. I served 2 years US Army during Desert Storm and came to realize that it was simply murder for CRUD oil.

Since 2011.10.01, I've lived on the streets of the country I swore to defend and see everyday over 13 years how homeless people have ZERO rights even when we are veterans.

I'm fed up with a system that puts money above people. I'm fed up with a country that is ruled by corporations.

Protesting has done nothing to improve the lives of Americans, its time for the UN to issue CEO Hunting Licenses because THEY are supposed to protect citizens from the country they live in.

We just released #Mastodon 4.4.1, a small patch release fixing a few issues with 4.4.0.

Every time a company promises a revolutionary “AI” product, they just exploit cheap labor from India.

My friend in Norway just came home with this lovely old girl, wow. 💜 When I asked her if she’d mind me sharing the photo here, she said no, go ahead, this beauty should be shared. What a find! I see them around sometimes but never in this good a shape.

Cycling friends will also be pleased to know she hauled this heavy thing home on her cargo bike. :)

AI is bad compression. Every time you run training material through it, you get a lossy summary of that material back, along with some noise.

You quickly run out of *quality* training material and start dog-fooding the output back in. Then you end up with lossy summaries of lossy summaries, and eventually all your pizza sauce recipes are dog food.
