DOE has finally released guidance and application instructions for states, territories, and tribes to apply for the IRA's Home Energy Rebates program. There are over 8 billion dollars available to fund home energy upgrades more affordable, saving Americans money on their utility bills and making our homes more resilient against extreme heat and cold snaps, wildfire smoke, and air pollution.
