Midwest BDC has focused on encouraging state Housing Development Authorities to tighten efficiency and sustainability on projects built with federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
The Qualified Allocation Plans (QAP) that determine incentives vary from state and can be intimidating for advocates to engage with. This 1/26 training will empower folks to navigate the process for improving their state's program.
