A Necedah petting zoo owner has been looking for her escaped kangaroo Chesney since he left his brother Kenny on Wednesday morning.

Debbie Marland said Chesney jumped his 8-foot enclosure and took off at about 11:15 a.m.

Looking at the largest counties by population in Wisconsin, Milwaukee county population declined, Dane, Waukesha, Racine went up modestly, and the other counties appear relatively stable.

The latest US Census Bureau 2025 county-level population estimates are out. Some quick charts: In Wisconsin, Dane County continues its relatively steady growth, adding about 4000 people compared to the previous year.

Our study — presented by our student researcher Josephine Rijkelijkhuizen —showing that cultured pig islets, isolated and purified in Iodixanol-UWS, can be transplanted without hyperacute rejection in cynomolgous monkeys , was selected in the top 10 outstanding studies at the memorable Sidney World Congress of the International Pancreas & Islet Transplant Association and the full paper included in a special issue of the journal Cell Transplantation .
