As a journalist, the level of engagement I've experienced here on Mastodon is markedly better than what I've experienced on Twitter, even with twice as many followers. Is it just me, or are other journalists noticing this as well? I'm not certain if this is because of the influx of new users, or the content is more curated/communal, or another reason entirely, but it's incredibly interesting.
