Morning transplanting is done πŸ‘©β€πŸŒΎπŸ’šπŸ‘
There's bok choy, sui choy, Chinese mustard greens & baby bok choy.
All transplanted to remediated soil area - it used to be lawn grass with crappy soil with too much clay. Now, I'm growing food on it 😁

@PhoenixSerenity we've been eating a lot of something that here they spell 'pak choi'. Really nice, lovely delicate creamy flavour. I steam the 'leaves' very lightly as they wilt away really quickly if done too long. Is it any relative of the choys you mentioned?
@nigelharpur Yes, I grow that too. Sowing more seeds every 2 weeks for sustainable, perpetual harvests πŸ‘©β€πŸŒΎπŸ’š
@PhoenixSerenity great stuff! I must look into the others. For some (good!) reason pak choi has really caught on in the UK, all our large supermarkets stock and sell it. As Nettie has quite severe osteoporosis we were pleased to see it up near the top of 'good calcium' foods, we love it anyway! πŸ˜πŸ‘
@PhoenixSerenity Thanks for another great thread that led me to learn some really cool stuff.
The wikipedia entry is fabulous btw.
