What do you guys think about the bonus email yesterday in SSA?
So we received the bonus email stating that if having a 5.0 can get 2% of the annual salary as bonus, and different bonus amount as well for 4.5, 4.0 as well.I do the math and realize is the same amount of what I got 2 years ago with the cash award? Cause I got a 4.0 overall, so it seems not much changes?
