I am enlightened."Post RIF at HHS and everyone wants to pretend nothing happened. Especially those people who are outside of the Centers\divisions\branches that weren't touched. In meetings outside of my Center I like to remind people, yes we got RIF'ed. Yes we are hurting. No, things aren't normal and brushing it under the rug, ignoring it or kissing ass won't make it better.With proposed budget cuts being leaked online, no this is not over. Expect a re-org when your agency is gutted, expect another round (or two) of RIF's as they deal with the re-org and the budget cut your agency will get.This is not normal and don't get complacent just because you survive round one. Don't think toeing the line or fading into the background will save you. The cuts are random and cruel done by evil and cruel people who want you to suffer, this country to falter all so they can profit and get revenge.
