Is there any legal help for fired feds?
Is there any class actions going on?I left a successful career at a Big 4 firm for a federal GS-13 job. I was fired illegally on Valentine’s Day, then offered my job back, then fired again. Then I was reinstated, and then left with DRP2, scared that Trump would go to the Supreme Court and they would fire me again.I haven't been able to bounce back. I believe mental health issues from the situation are causing this.I am still suffering from depression.Recently called suicide text line and cop arrived to my house where we live with little kids.I am curious if there is a possibility to legally claim against the current administration.I believe that mental health struggles prohibit me from moving forward and finding new employment.I recently notified the people who live at my investment property (family with kids) with an eviction notice to be able to sell it to have at least some money to pay my bills.I have to spend my pension funds and sell my investment property because of the current administration. Is there any way to sue them?I have mental health issues on file, including depression and psychosis, from several therapists and recent suicide attempt and call to suicide line. I am very traumatized at this point and everything is documented.
