@MissConstrue Apparently your hint that this sign indeed has been put there for trolling (or "social engineering") purposes was not obvious enough, and some people in the comments either believe it is real (which is sad, but not surprising), or feel the need to point out explicitly that it is not real.
That said, I wouldn't be surprised if there would be "AI" genital scanning in toilets in some states of the US soon, for "safety". I am sure some startup is already working on that!
