Friendly reminder that WE DON'T NEED THEM.
We do not need capitalism. We do not need the state.
What we need is for them to get the fuck out of our way. We can fix things. We have the answers. We have the tools. They are actively fighting us on all fronts to stop us from realizing and instituting real solutions. But we can fix EVERYTHING:
Housing? If corporations couldn't buy housing, and the state didn't protect their "property rights", we wouldn't have corporate landlords or a housing crisis. If it wasn't functionally illegal to be homeless, many people wouldn't even need homes.
Food prices? Fertilizer shortage? You don't actually need fertilizer, they just need someone to sell it to. Hugelkultur, lasagna gardening, diy fertilizers - there are so many better alternatives that are shockingly easy to implement. If the tradition of seed saving and growing food at home hadn't been intentionally sabotaged, we would have easy access to all kinds of easy to grow food specific to our local climate, and most neighborhoods could be food independent.
Gas prices? Oil? We shouldn't even be using them at all. We are pressured to depend on it by people who use it for economic leverage. Neighborhoods would be much more practical, safer, and more pleasant without cars or asphalt roads even existing, and its easy to tear them up.
WE DO NOT NEED THESE PREDATORY SYSTEMS, WE NEED TO BE FREE OF THEM. REJECT THEM AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY. DO WHAT IS GOOD AND NECESSARY WITH OR WITHOUT PERMISSION. Its that simple.
