One of the members of DOGE, 25 year old Marko Elez, has resigned after journalists reported on his X posts.

Examples: “I just want a eugenic immigration policy, is that too much to ask”, “I was a racist before it was cool”, “Normalize Indian hate”.

He had tried to delete the posts. Elon tried threatening those reporting on it with legal action.

Marko was one of the people given admin rights at the US Treasury.

Two Treasury Department employees will have read-only access to the system and will not share the information they see with other DOGE members. A judge is expected to sign off on that shortly, so it would be perfectly legal.

2) Why do they need access to that system? Cybersecurity 101 says only give people the access they need, and there's no reason they need to look at your tax returns or your grandma's Social Security checks.
